A Valued Partnership Since 2017
Guardrisk Insurance Company Limited has been a trusted client since 2017. Over the years, we have successfully delivered several tailored projects to meet their unique requirements. Our collaboration began with the development of Sales Training Material, followed by a Short-Term Insurance Learner Guide for their brokers in early 2018.

In June 2018, Guardrisk entrusted us with enhancing their Training Library, which involved developing a suite of Product Guides for brokers and internal staff. These comprehensive resources included PowerPoint Presentations, Assessments, and in-depth guides covering niche insurance areas such as:

To date, we have developed more than 60 product and service-related training guides for Guardrisk brokers and internal teams. All content is hosted on FAIS Exchange, a platform by Plumbline Risk Alignment (Pty) Ltd, ensuring seamless accessibility for brokers, advisers, and Guardrisk staff.

Supporting LG SETA on Their HR Improvement & Recruitment Drive

In 2024, we were thrilled to collaborate with the Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LG SETA) on a groundbreaking Human Resources (HR) project. Our dedicated team provided comprehensive HR support, seamlessly integrating both on-site and remote efforts to enhance key HR functions.
